Melbourne is one of the most liveable cities in the world. It has some of the best arcades in all of Australia, with a combination of quaint shops in historical buildings and funky little cafes in dimly lit hidden laneways. Melbourne also features Southbank, one of the main focal points of the city. Situated right on the Yarra River it is home to upmarket restaurants, food courts, and a fabulous shopping promenade along the river.
The Royal Botanic Gardens is one of the most beautiful things to look at, and is one of many fine gardens in the city, most of them within a kilometre or the CBD. Going a bit outside of Melbourne you can experience a lot more amazing places. These include the Grampians National Park, Puffing Billy Steam Train, Phillip Island, Healesville Sanctuary, the Yarra Valley wineries and the Great Ocean Road.
With all these amazing features of the city, it’s hard to imagine why anyone living in Melbourne would want to leave, even for a holiday! With so much to see in their own backyard, people could spend their whole lives checking out what the state of Victoria has to offer. However when people do decide to travel, they need to consider how to get to the airport and what to do with their car.
Tullamarine Airport is Australia’s second biggest airport and opened in 1970 to replace the nearby Essendon Airport. There are a number of airport parking businesses that are run “on site” which let you leave your car in both short term parking and long term parking. However this requires you to drive in to the busy car park, find a space, then still get to the terminals.
It is more convenient to use airport parking tullamarine just outside of the airport. Using an profesional parking company located a few minutes from Melbourne Airport means you can drive straight in with no waiting period. Their fees are generally cheaper too and they will even transfer you via shuttle straight to the terminal, free of charge!
Whether you require long term or short term parking and want your car indoors our outside, all these options are catered for. What’s more, if you want to get your car cleaned, washed or detailed, this can be done while you’re away for a small fee. These car park businesses also have a mechanic on site so they can give your car a service so that everything is in perfect order when you get back to the most liveable city again.
